   Doesn't claim to be Michelin starred but for comfort food this was frankly outstanding. Macaroni with a multitude of toppings and the same idea with the loaded fries. It's predominately a bar with a decent selection on tap but the food menu whilst small didn't miss. Enjoyed every mouthful. Except the last one because i wanted more! Christmas songs created a feel good vibe and the staff were on point with their service. Quick, friendly and knew the menu well as my girlfriend grilled them! Would definitely go back if i was in the area for more confort food and good times.

   Popped in while passing through Montrose. Service was excellent. Did not need to wait to be served and food order taken. Food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Would definitely recommend the burgers. And had to indulge with a large slice of white chocolate cheesecake with strawberry and chocolate drizzle garnish. 10/10. Highly recommend.

   Staff were not very friendly. They had temp. Chef and it took almost an hour for whole order, some items came out cold like steak pie and steak pie had a lot of un-chewable bits. Never brought us the juice from the kids menu either or coloring set.

   Excellent venue with brilliant well portioned food. Staff are always so nice and happy to help. Think it's great they do kids eat free, really helps families when they are going out for a treat. All in all a lovely bar to go for food or drink and the beer garden is perfect for the hot and sunny days. Highly recommend.
