Rude staff at the billing. She asked the customer to go back to trial room and put back the clothes onto the hanger and come back for billing and this is a very bad experience i faced here. They should keep a board at the trial room so every customer is aware of their rule. Very strange rule ever.
This is my go to shop for dresses. So beautiful and the customer service is always amazing. Would recommend 100%!
Customer service was good. However be aware of elastic belts prices. They sell them for about £10 and £14 where there are actually the same on Shien for 3x less!
Cheat-Rude staff. Selling Used Clothes on the name of New. Lady at Billing counter is Extremely Rude and has no Value to customers. We were given different cloth a week back and while we cane to return, instead of feeling apologetic the Lady at Billing counter with faded hair gone so Rude and no customer value. She was blunt as she had no respect to the owner. Complaint has been filled with Council already I am glad to be contacted back on my mail id for more details
Very nice shop and surprisinvly the clothes are good price.
I bought a nice dress here , they do habe some nice pieces however the staff could do with putting down the phone and attending the customers rather than their personal lives. I had to ask another customer to help me as the assistant turn her back to continue her call
Quality of goods are really good. I loved the experience of shopping in here. Staff was lovely and helpful. Will definitely come back here.
Worse shopping experience ever would not buy those rags to wipe a dog's arse and the staff was as rude as hell never again will I enter that monstrosity
