I was struggling to find underwear to fit after pregnancy (shopping alone with my baby), and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They stopped it from being a stressful situation and helped me find the right fit with minimal fuss. I got some nice underwear and will definitely be back.
Take my 16th year daughter to trying a bra .And asking them that they can help with her bra size. ONE OF THE YOUNG GIRLS WAS VERY GOOD MANNER!. Another staff little bit older her body language and the way she was talking it not friendly .As A mother try to take a teenager to try her bra in a Bra shop and it not Cheap!. We asking for help with bra fitting So she Should be more friendly and helpful with Customers not very happy the way she was saving Customers she should go to work in somewhere else. And need more training About Customers service.
Not sure of the name of the person who helped me, but they had dark hair and worked 14th May- they were absolutely amazing! I came for a bra fitting and they were so informative and helpful and I managed to find some bras, so grateful to them!!! x
Visited the reading store today. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and helped me find the correct size bra. Sometimes I have trouble getting the size I need but here they went out of their way to help me. Will definitely be returning to buy more items here lovely lingerie too
Exceptional, friendly and excellent customer service. Thank you to Melissa and Ella for supporting my young friend. I really appreciate your friendly manner and will continue to recommend the store, it has a variety of lingerie, sleep wear and so on. Accessible for a wheel chair use, each changing room has a name with a choice of lighting to view your underwear .
