   I went into this store on a chance as i had a birthday voucher for 50 % off was so glad when they had the parka i wanted to try as the canary wharf branch ( my local ) is small the 3 ladies were amazing and as for the manager what a star she made me feel good adjusted the jacket to fit and even steamed it there customer service was 10/10 they deserve a bonus thanks ladies will def return x best customer service i’ve recieved in a long time

1. Freebie Bloop ★☆☆☆☆

   I bought a lot of stuff online and returned some at this branch where I was made to feel very unwelcome by their manager whose name starts with an S. She was very judgemental towards me, made a mistake on my refund as well and didn’t refund a sports bra then tried to blame me for this. Awful lady with a very acidic attitude. I haven’t returned since and only go to the one in Windsor if I must. Shame on You for your horrid behaviour towards shoppers.

The team in Wokingham couldn’t do enough to resolve my complaint leaving me a very happy customer! I will be back soon Thank you
