“I bought a pair of Blowfish boots from the shop back in October. After only 4 months, I noticed that the sole was coming away on one of them. I no longer had my receipt but I was encouraged to get in contact with the shop. The lady on the phone quickly identified the date when I purchased the boots, which correlated with my own credit card records. She said that she had one pair of identical boots left and they were in my size! She told me to come in and bring my boots with me and exchange them for the new pair despite no longer having the receipt. What excellent service! I would highly recommend this business. I have also brought some jewellery from there in the past too as presents and have been pleased with the quality and thought that it was good value for money.”

“Great customer service, truly. measured my kids feet the old way with the slide machine, so much more accurate, they did a really thorough job too. sadly they did not have the ones we wanted in stock but the attendant was so good with the kids that they picked their second choice without a whimper. Good to see Clarkes has not lost its touch in these modern times.”

“I went into this store on a chance as i had a birthday voucher for 50 % off was so glad when they had the parka i wanted to try as the canary wharf branch ( my local ) is small the 3 ladies were amazing and as for the manager what a star she made me feel good adjusted the jacket to fit and even steamed it there customer service was 10/10 they deserve a bonus thanks ladies will def return x best customer service i’ve recieved in a long time”
