A very warm and welcoming shop. Some beautiful pieces and oh my, louise was so nice and helpful. Spent a while helping me pick out a pair of earrings for my wife. And everythings soo well priced!!! Honestly just had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking!
I love Antique Rose in Bush Walk. It is an independent retailer and sells beautiful clothes of very high quality for a great price. Staff are friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend.
I bought a pair of Blowfish boots from the shop back in October. After only 4 months, I noticed that the sole was coming away on one of them. I no longer had my receipt but I was encouraged to get in contact with the shop. The lady on the phone quickly identified the date when I purchased the boots, which correlated with my own credit card records. She said that she had one pair of identical boots left and they were in my size! She told me to come in and bring my boots with me and exchange them for the new pair despite no longer having the receipt. What excellent service! I would highly recommend this business. I have also brought some jewellery from there in the past too as presents and have been pleased with the quality and thought that it was good value for money.
Lovely boutique tucked away in Bush Walk Alley off Peach Place. They have some lovely clothes, shoes and accessories. I’m off on holiday soon and treated myself to these sunglasses, earrings and sun hat in the attached photo’s. Very helpful friendly staff in the shop too. I had to swap the first pair of sunglasses as when I got them home they felt too big. It was no trouble to sort that out. Everything feels good quality and it’s nice to find things that aren’t in every high street shop. Beautiful gift ideas too. Well worth popping in.
I'm trying to buy all presents locally this year and antique rose should have been on of those shops i could get something for everyone. Unfortunately today a woman in tortoiseshell glasses was just so rude I may just return everything I've picked up from there this week. I was just in for the last little present, a scarf. I asked a question and was basically huffed at. How dare I interrupt gluing together of gimmicky, cheap Xmas tree decorations to actually buy something. When it came for paying i asked for the item to put in the slightly bigger bag (as the previous scarf was been put in) and she outright refused. Stuffed the scarf into a tiny tote bag. A little request like that shouldn't have been too much trouble. But it was. Everything was too much trouble. So rude staff, gimmicky things. I hope the gift-getters return their items. Regretted supporting them.

I am normally a very regular visitor to the Shop as I can always find unusual gifts and great cards. As it is currently closed and my twin Great Neices birthday was coming up I thought I would try Antique Rose on line. Very easy site to use and so many products. I placed an order on Sunday and it was delivered personally to my door on Tuesday - items individually wrapped and labelled. The same great service continues on line. Thank You, my Great Nieces will be so excited to open their "pass the parcels"
I was walking around Wokingham looking for Christmas ideas, I wandered up the gorgeous Bush Walk & spotted some lovely goodies in Antique Rose so I went in. I was really disappointed when a member of staff exclaimed loudly, "Jesus Christ this place is a mess", as a Christian this was upsetting to hear from a member of staff. I remarked it wasn't good to hear, to which the same staff member laughed and said sorry as if they had found it amusing rather than seeing their behaviour as offensive to their customer, shame really as I was hoping to spend money! Merry Christmas to all at Antique Rose, I hope you find the true meaning of Christmas.
