Absolutely disgusted that they won't honour a gift voucher my husband bought me for Christmas (it was was for 6 months). I spend hundreds of pounds in this shop over the year and I was told it was 'tough' that I had let it run out. The truth was I couldn't find anything I liked and rather than buy something for the sake of it, I waited, not thinking for one minute there would be an issue. Disgraceful behaviour and they have lost a good customer!
