2 store assistants chatting; couldn’t even get thru attention to use the changing room. Had to sort myself.
Bought item online. Different colour arrived. It is a lucky dip and they seem to think this is acceptable. If I had wanted white I wouldn’t have ordered pink! Unhelpful customer service. Disgraceful. I was charged £54.99 for an item that arrived with £40 label in it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY. In a shop they wouldn’t swap an item for a different colour when you go to pay. AVOID at all cost. Sharks.
While product quality is satisfactory, the online ordering experience is unacceptable. Multiple instances of incorrect order fulfillment, coupled with an unresponsive customer service team (accessible only via email with response times exceeding several days), and a three-week delay in processing refunds for returned goods, demonstrate a significant lack of regard for customer time and efficient resolution.
Went in to find an actual item. Shop was empty, staff sparse. Asked about sizing, lady wasn't very informative, I seemed a little inconvenient to her. Eventually I found what I was looking for, but wanted to ask about sizes. Young lad spoke to me, but I still wasn't clear from his answer whether or not there was more stock. Had to reask. He did then check stock at Sports Direct who had what I was looking for in the right sizes. (They are affiliated). Bit disappointed by staff in this branch, only seemed to be 2 of them when I visited but they weren't as other branches ... been to friendlier stores... they do have a changing room, and are situated in the shopping precinct with good parking facilities nearby.. It was not my best visit to a Jack Wills store, but would go again if need be.

Decently sized store which has a good offering. Great quality clothing. Definitely recommend a visit to this Jack Wills after the lookdown.
If only the staff cared more about customer service than they do chatting to each other. Really unhelpful. No welcome as you enter the store. They look cross when you interrupt their gossiping. Please focus on the customer. A smile wouldn’t go amiss.
Please take this as a NO STAR mark. The only reason Jack Will (JW) gets one star is because this site will NOT allow NO star posts. On a recent shopping trip, the experience was a nightmare. Looking at some mini-sweat-tops hanging from an iron-cross display stand, situated on a table top in the Camberley JW store. The stand complete with merchandise fell to the floor, skimming the front of me. According to the sales assistant, that's not the first time that this stand has fallen off / over!!! Apparently, said display stand has been removed from display, according to JW's HQ. The images displayed below, show differently. JW may have swapped the merchandise around, but they are still using a dangerous and hazardous display stand in their Camberley store. Be aware that this is potentially a dangerous display stand. JW has a 'duty of care' to make sure, as far as possible, customer's health, safety matters. They should have ensured that their shop floor for customers was a safe place; prevented risks to customer's health. JW could have taken action to eliminate, prevented and reduced the harm caused. Seen as this was not the FIRST time this had happened. lf JW understood, and knew how to deal with a health & safety procedure correctly this warning would not be here. The sales assistant, the store manager, and the customer service assistant on the phone, Senior Customer Experience Advisor, all JW employees should consider attending a Health & Safety refresher course, as well as how to treat customers in an incident like this. Perhaps then, customers like me, would be able to shop in a SAFE environment and not a dangerous one.
