   I had a really great experience today. I had ordered a shirt from their online website but it came out too big. I then went into the store this evening and was served by a young gentlemen (apologies whose name I forgot). He was really attentive and measured me up correctly and gave me great advice about what size shirt I should go for. Then Ella the lovely lady on the till was also great because she did the exchange swiftly and resolved my concerns. Overall a great experience in the store.

The quality is top-notch, and the whole experience was seamless. Huge shoutout to Noah, who was exceptional throughout. His customer service was outstanding — professional, friendly, and really helpful with styling advice. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

   Impeccable service from the young chap; professional, polite and efficient. Late last minute, sourcing some new trousers (literally the day before). Provided great style advice, as well as recommending a tailor to work first thing Monday (today) who’s working on them right now. Couldn’t recommend enough.
