Purchased a t-shirt for my Husband recently which was too small. I live quite a distance away, impossible to return in person, however after calling Repertoire they agreed for me to return the item via post and they posted the new t-shirt to me. Excellent service, going above and beyond, highly recommended, I would definitely shop here again. Thank you.
Annoyed. I spend £500+ a time here and the first time I have ever gone to return an unopened packaged shirt with receipt I’m advised that they don’t offer refunds or credits. Simply not good enough and in future it’s worth everyone going to manufacturer directly rather than via Repertoire.
Disappointed with Repertoire's return policy: unworn shirt within 14 days not accepted. I expected a more customer-friendly return policy, considering the brands they carry. Nowhere during purchase was the no return policy mentioned. Especially for a store with premium-priced clothing, a clear policy upfront is expected. It was only when I brought the item back that their little sign by the till was pointed out. If you are in any doubt or wavering over an item, better to purchase elsewhere, or from the manufacturer directly that offers a return policy. As you'd expect, that was my last purchase from this store.
Had an issue with an item of clothing. They went above and beyond to get everything sorted. Prices are are very reasonable and great items even on sale. All staff members were also really friendly. Thanks again!
The customer service I received was excellent. I went into the Uxbridge branch to buy a pair of chinos I saw online.The said they didn't have them and to ring another branch ,which i did and they said the Uxbridge branch should have them. They rang them ,i received a phone call telling me they did have them. They apologized Went back , tried them on and brought them .
visited today for a pair of jeans - found the gent who served me to be very knowledgeable and very very patient. left with brilliant pair of jeans - thank you for your help:-)
AVOID THIS STORE The policy on returns is dishonest and misleading. The staff are super friendly at first but once trying to return and exchange an item they become aggressive and unhelpful. Not allowed to try items on in store so we were told to take them home and return if no good, however when returning they don't give a refund and don't give a credit note. We asked for a call from the manager but no call. Left with clothes of poor quality that don't fit Unbelievably bad!!!
