   Went in last night for 2 suits for an upcoming Wedding. I explained what we wanted to Matt who very quickly took onboard the information and efficiently provided us with a fantastic service. This man is a credit to your company. Two suits and accessories tried, chosen, packed and paid for in less than 20 minutes. In a world where people are generally useless, this experience was a breath of fresh air. I will be returning for sure. Well done! 5 stars.

   Popped in today for a last-minute suit emergency! I spoke with Dean, who gave me some great ideas and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 will be back just down to his customer service skills. Great selection of suits and other casual wear. Warm and welcoming feeling when you go in couldn’t recommend them enough.

   The staff on Saturday 28th June were rude and seemed completely unconcerned with helping.. in fact it felt a bit like I was in the way. Not to mention the second time I have come to go back to get something there was only one member of staff and I had to wait 20 minutes just to see someone.I would never Again come to this store to buy anything given the choice-The only saving Grass was a gentleman named Altun, Who was extremely efficient & helpful as soon as he was able to.. He couldn’t have been more apologetic or helpful- Thank you

   I purchased a Tuxedo suit with a bow tie in preparation for a black tie event next week. First and foremost, the dinner jacket and trousers fit perfectly and look fantastic!! Oscar from the Reading store's sales team was very patient and friendly, showing me all of the possible types and checking all of the sizes I tried; I was very impressed. I will be purchasing many suits from this store in the future, primarily because of the excellent quality and fit, as well as the excellent service!!
