   Really unreasonable manager – won’t be going back. Did some last-minute holiday shopping , bought two T-shirts and a more formal shirt. I wore one of the tees but decided the other didn’t suit me, so I took it back unworn, in perfect condition, in the original bag, with the receipt. The manager refused to exchange it because it didn’t have the tag attached. This is a £50 T-shirt….hardly cheap, and I’ve spent a fair bit here in the past. The sales assistant was very nice, but referred the question to the manager who was off-hand and totally inflexible. I’ll take my business elsewhere and suggest others think twice before shopping here if they expect decent service.

   Amazing experience! I booked a personal styling session for my mums birthday and she was very nervous at first. Our stylist Razmina helped her feel comfortable and confident trying on a range of styles and finding out what suited her body type and personal preferences. The other staff were so so lovely as well, including Polly who previously advised my sister in law and helped her find pieces that made her look and feel great. Would definitely recommend and thank you so much to the team :)

   I finally found a high quality brand at Oracle. You pay what you get but I am sure it is also worthy to wait for the discount periods in order to invest to great garments. Staff welcomes you and helps you to find the right size and fit or you. I wouldn't compare Reiss with any of the high street brands.
