   Had such a wonderful experience today at Levi’s Reading - went in with my sister, both needing jeans but I wasn’t in the mood to shop….However that quickly changed as the staff were so incredibly helpful and attentive, letting us know the offers and grabbing us different sizes and different styles based on what we told them we were after. Genuine customer service and lovely girls (unfortunately didn’t get their names). Came out with a pair of new jeans that I love and all thanks to the girls in the Reading store! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time :)

   Now i love levis so I will give 5* but daym the staff in the reading centre need to back off I told 3 of them in a minute I just want to browse and yet this guy just keeps badgering me. IF I WANT HELP I WILL ASK! I dont want a conversation I just want to look at clothes. I feel like he was trying to pressure me Into making a purchase cause he gets some kind of commission. I like the convenience of being able to have my clothing there and then instead of waiting for delivery but please tell them to tone it down. For the record they were very polite but its just rather overwhelming especially for someone who's autistic

   Staff members will not take no for an answer. As soon as I got in the store, I was asked if I’d like any help, I said no. When I went to pick up a pair of jeans the staff member was picking up jeans for me after already saying that I don’t need help. As soon as I got in the changing rooms I was asked whether I like the jeans. I hadn’t even had a chance to put them on yet. I found some that I liked but they were too long so decided to order them online in the shorter length. The staff member was pressuring me to let her order them for me and continued to do so even after being told multiple times that I will not be ordering them right now. She continued to tell me I just needed to put my email address in. I felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave the shop. Staff were helpful in helping me find a pair of jeans I like and finding my size though, but were a bit much and ignored me repeatedly saying that I would like to go away and think about them before ordering them. I won’t be returning to Levi, in future I will just order online.

   A huge thank you to Lydia at Levi’s Reading! She was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, and helped me find the best trousers for my mum and more. She told me about the promotions and helped me sort out my loyalty card, which made the experience even better. The most touching part was when I left my umbrella in the shop, Lydia kindly brought it back to me. That small act of kindness showed how much she truly cares about customers. She absolutely deserves all the stars, thank you for making my shopping trip so special!

   visited the store this afternoon for Christmas shopping. . . the young girls of the staff treated me very badly upon entering the shop. . . their behavior towards me was very rude! ! ! The rudest girl was standing at the front . Staff should be trained on how to behave in the presence of an adult customer and how to behave when serving young people....

   I had a great shopping experience today. I didn't know what style of Levi jean would suit me. I took a few pairs into the changing room and with the help of salesperson 674145, I left the shop with the perfect pair of Jeans. The jeans I chose were slightly to long and she said that within the hour she could take them up for me, and it was done as promised. One very happy customer
