   Took 1 hour to get 2 bottles of perfume from a stock room, told it would take 15 minutes. Definitely not satisfied with the service here.

   I went shopping today at Zara in Reading. The lady who was helping when I tried my clothes was really nice and helpful, But the other lady, at the till was very unpleasant and not nice at all. She looked unhappy or something. She spoiled the good experience at Zara.

   Went for a shopping with my wife ,she found one of the jacket. Price on the tag was 39 on the till lady ask me for 49 pounds I looked surprised and I show the label the price was 39 but euros ... I said if I'm not mistaken GBP is still stronger then € currency, lady said zara paying a lot for transport from Spain to UK that's why price here is higher . My point is stop misleading customers with the wrong price tag .

   Why oh why is the returns and exchanges queue so long and only ever 1 person serving and another aimlessly wandering around. No sense of urgency from the person on the till either. They slowly put the security tags back on and the item on the hangar. Why can’t someone help do that. All for Zara’s benefit not the customer for sure. Not a great customer experience at all

   Poor customer service! Very low cloth quality. The staff were so unhelpful, kinda like they were forced to work, zero effort or understanding on how to be useful/ helpful. My shirt, hair messed up. There should atleast be a warning on what to expect shopping there. 0 star!

   Worst customer service of all high street shops. Returns is a nightmare and the staff are rude. Never had so many issues with one store. Will never shop there ever again due to poor customer service and rude staff.

   Don’t buy dresses from here, I bought a dress from new collection which was not even on sale, and I wore it just for one time and it got worn out from the stitching. Logged a complaint with customer service and haven’t heard back on it. Not expected from such a big name in brands

   The most run down, abandoned looking shop I've ever been in. Clothes strewn across the floor, walls peeling paint, and lights broken. This place is genuinely a disgrace to Zara. As others have pointed out, the staff have no sense of urgency, and don't seem interested at all in serving customers. One member of staff was wondering around the store kicking items of clothing under tables to clear a footpath for people between the items of clothing dumped on the floor. There was no organisation of items - the price tags didn't match the price displayed above the rails. This place is genuinely the most run down shop I've been in in a long time.
