   These shops have poorly trained staff that cannot think for themselves they are just brainwashed. Their concept of 'customer service' is either lying (par for the course with a salesman anyway) or dumb insolence. We have returned two items that have failed this year and what a performance that was. I don't know about being undersold, but selling goods " overpriced" should be their slogan. With the new CEO its not going to improve, they are more concerned with profits than selling something thats going to last 20 years beyond its warranty period.
