Good quality most of my evrything is superdry... but i agree with other customers the shop itself needs some improvement
Super disappointed with SuperDry. I bought a £100 jacket but after wearing it a few times the jacket falling apart. I went to the store and spoke with a member of staff who was helpful and said that there is a year warranty on our product and we should help you but then a guy who said he is the manager labelled it is wear and tear and told me to go away latterly. “I mean come on! After wearing a few times and wear and tear”? I have always been a loyal customer of SuperDry but now I admit that I’m supper disappointed with the product and the manager. i feel like Superdry clothing has made a resurgence recently, i'm starting to see a lot more of it on people out in public. and for good reason too! Superdry has always sold high quality clothing. one problem i do have with this store is how hot and stuffy it gets. i'm guessing they don't have AC installed and that's why it's never on, but the heat really can be overbearing for customers.
Some really great clothes, one of my favourite clothes shops! However, there are some downsides; - Upstairs in the women’s department, it is so hot and airless! They never put the air-con on, so it is always so hot! - It’s very expensive - Music is really loud - Shop is really packed full of stuff, so kind of hard to navigate around. - Strange, dark atmosphere. - The overall “vibe” in the store is kind of overwhelming, I always get a bit panicky in there! But other than that, it is a great shop with some nice products!

I purchased 2 dresses at a London store and had a couple of issues with them while i was on holidays. I emailed customer service and went to my nearest store which was Southampton. The manager there could not of been more helpful and friendly! She understood, took a lot of time out to contact customer service and assist in communicating with the London Branch, just so i couldn't get a refund! You have one very happy customer who will always choose to shop here when i'm in town. Thank you :-)
Went in to find a few things and the young lass who helped me was an absolute rock star, nice human approach as to the plastic customer service style you see sadly so often now in other stores.
Good size, really good quality clothes and jackets, very casual wear, but alot of their products are covered in their brand logos which is a shame because it makes them look tacky. Wait for the sales they have good ones.
