Quite possibly the most unhelpful staff members Iβve ever had to deal with, any question was frowned upon, asking if they had a trainer size in stock was huffed about. We wonβt be back here

Though I didn't buy anything today. Both members of staff I spoke to were friendly. The second time I came in, unbeknown to me it was about closing time (5.30). I was given shoes to try on, shutters were going down. I apologetically said ' oh sorry I didn't know you closed at 5.30' he said 'don't worry it's OK and advised me on whether they might do half sizes or if not they might online etc. The point I'm getting at is most places in retail they rush you near closing time, including where I work. He didn't rush me at all and was helpful and polite. Appreciate that a lot.

Went here today and the 2 staff members wasnβt at all interested in serving staff all they wanted to do was chat to each other at the other end of the shop. As for the shop it was dirty poorly stocked why are you even open?? Safe to say I will not return !!

HUGE ACCESSIBILITY PROBLEM. Closed accessible changing room , only allowed 3 items at a time. Disgraceful. The changing rooms are so small that only 1 person can fit, which is not good for people who require assistance from their carer or the person who is with them. Disgusting. I have no words.

Nice shop. Sadly a staff member was quite rude barging past me. Another member apologized on his behalf.

Limited range of women's trainers. Small sale. In precinct, so under cover. Level entrance.

I feel the shop/brand has lost its way somewhat. It seems to be the go to for the street 13-17 year cloned teenager to visit and buy a strapped branded purse.

Shocking staff. Totally disinterested and bad attitude. Badly needs a shake up. Rather than being short staffed there appeared to be too many and they had a pack mentality of attitude that customers are a nuisance. Having done mystery shopping myself, to sort this store they need to be doing this regularly. I last went here 2 or 3 years ago and swore never again as the staff were so rude. Unfortunately couldnβt avoid it today and sad to say itβs no better. Worst store in Camberley staff-wise. As a final point they had a Nike outfit on a mannequin - when I asked where the items were in the store the staff member quickly glanced at nearby items then told me that they donβt stock the items on the mannequin. Which round be bizarre if thatβs true.

Bought a pair of expensive trainers in here and got the worst "give us your money and get lost attitude" I have ever witnessed. Young lads running the store seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves and checking their social media than helping people. And when asked for help it seemed a big inconvenience to tear them away from their conversation/phone. All in all not a great experience.
