   This place is now permanently closed. I purchased three Canada Goose jackets from here before Flannels arrived. It’s now sad to see that this store is closing down. They were popular before the competition appeared and that’s what probably caused the demise. Once again it’s tough on the High Street. I never had any issues with the store despite some “suspicious” reviews here. I hope staff can get employment elsewhere. And, are you going to believe a review with only two or three reviews in total from some “fake bot” accounts….? I’ve been reviewing for 7 years!

   If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do it. Horrible customer service, specially the bold guy with glasses. Obnoxious staff in general. Returns policy must be said to everyone when paying and was not the case. Absolute waste of time, never buying anything else there.

   There is a reason very few people shop here. The door alarm is faulty and this gives enough reasons for the shopkeepers to embarrass the customers. If you want to avoid embarrassment please don't visit this place. I'm not going there anymore.

   Staff didn't even acknowledge me. No-one else in the store and a missive sale on suggesting they are struggling to survive.customee service is king. Stock was pretty poor.

   Horrible returns policy. Ordered a pair of 34 x 32 jeans online however the system put it through as 34 x 34. I was told I have to pay to have them sent back recorded delivery (a small fortune on top of the £6 delivery I’d already paid) even though it was their error. I took the jeans to nudie jeans direct and they took them up to my size free of charge, much better customer service. It honestly was John Anthony’s mistake but they refused to help at all and basically called me a liar. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

   Stumbled across JA by accident, used to shop in days of old when they had more branches like at Uxbridge. Was a little nostalgic seeing them. Good sale and helpful staff, so much so came back next day bought some more.
