Me and my partner went into suit direct today, the 2 gentleman working were so kind and helpful and they weren't pushy at all. Brilliant experience and will definitely be going back and I recommend them to everyone.
Store was not crowded. I was looking for velvet jacket. I went in 3 times within an hour! All three assistants were friendly- keen to help but not pushy. They even went on line to find a better fit jacket which arrived to home in 2 days. I'll go back & recommended this shop. Nice quality too, I compared with M&S and JL.
Went in to hire a suit however it wouldn’t be ready in time for event. So the staff member invited me to try some clothing off the shelf, which I did and I purchased the suit. I was nervous but was made to feel at ease and customer service was second to none. This is the place to go for formal attire, look no further
Amazing helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were sadly let down badly by Moss Bross and they managed to order in a 3 piece suit for my son, with just 5 days to his wedding. Highly recommend, for both purchase and hire.
