   First time in Hollister buying some things for my girlfriend. The staff were lovely even though I was cutting it close with coming in towards the end of the day. Manager Christina was very helpful, being that I'm a useless man when it comes to clothes shopping. Must add though that a couple of women in the shop were being extremely rude towards her and staff just before I left. After something simple as a reminder they were closing shortly. If old Karen and mini Karen decide to leave a bad review, read over it as they were extremely out of order and even made me feel bad for coming in that little to late. But I was served quickly and with a smile. Definitely recommend the store and will be back again!

   Brilliant store always visit when visiting the shopping centre. They always have nice clothes in stock they do men’s and women’s clothes. They also have a discount scheme. They will normally ask for your email to activate on build up your points. It’s also worth looking at The markdowns at the back of the store for some bargains.

   Was served by a girl called Jennifer and wanted to write a review to say how lovely and helpful she was and was able to save me £10 even though my email didn't work she was very understanding and positive! I feel as though many young people in retail jobs seem like they don't want to be there but Jennifer was different she was fantastic ❤️ The shop itself was very clean and organized I managed to find what I needed and in love with my new jacket !!

   I had fantastic service at Union Square Hollister yesterday. Two young girls served me, they were both very helpful and polite. One girl helped me while I was struggling with sizes and styles of clothing for gifts for my daughters. She spent time with me trying jumpers on so I could work out sizing and styles, which was really helpful as clothing looked so different when on. She helped suggest colours and styles. What a well trained and helpful member of staff! She certainly helped boost their sales figures!

   Staff are always super polite. The sales here are great and the quality of clothes is fantastic. I have hoodies that are 3-4 years old and still look new. Lay out of shop really makes it easy to get about.
