   Bought a few things from the White Company store in Aberdeen. The diffuser was weak and not that good and some of the other products just weren’t good. Service at the store was great and the store had a wide variety of products.

   I received a White Company candle (Seychelles) as a gift. The wick is not central in the glass container thus causing the all the melted wax to drown the wick. I have had to remove a lot of wax from the candle. Therefore the candle will have less hours to burn!

   The White Company staff are just like family - they care, they help and they chat. Quite a unique shopping experience these days and one to be treasured. This is a shop and online company I return to time and again due to the high standard and exceptional customer care plus the outstanding quality and value of The White Company products. If only other retail places would take note and follow.

   I'm addicted to white cotton bed linen and if it has embroidery, even better. So it's no surprise that I love coming here. Everything is truly sumptuous - from the pyjamas, bathrobes, jumpers, home decor, baby items, bedding and scented candles (which I adore). Yes, it's pricey but I prefer to save my pennies, wait for the sales and buy something that gives me pleasure. The facial and body lotions make for some real pampering too!
