   Seen a overshirt for my sons Christmas but there wasn't his size. I asked the assistant if they had one in stock. She checked the computer and said it must be in the storeroom. Off she went and came back seconds later saying she couldn't find it....probably because she stood behind the door and couldn't be bothered looking...there was no way she had time to even get to the storeroom.

   This is an excellent store, been here a few times with The Wife. They normally have a lot of stock and normally have something on sale as well. It’s definitely worth stopping by and see what bargains you can get good quality clothes.

   Terrible service! They just lost a loyal customer! I bought some trousers and they matched the price with the online price! When I visited again and I asked for that they refused! I told the guy that they did the previous for week and if he could check with the manager and he refused! Even if it is policy the service is awful! I eventually bough the item as it was 3 pounds different from online and the guy said that he will not charge for bag and he laughed! I found it terrible rude and sarcastic! Avoid them ! They alfont respect and they make fun of customers!!

   Customer service is getting worse over the years. To start with they were good. The brand itself is poor quality. Some of the material forms bubbles after very few wears. The store manager didn't supply a refund or exchange for something else after I took faulty product back to the store. Disappointing.
