Friendly, knowledgeable staff who I found pleasant and approachable. My style of merchandise -spent under £50, but could easily have spent much more on their quality items.
Really nice shop. Got a band t-shirt and a pin for 21 pounds. The staff were really nice and they had a lot of interesting accessories and clothes that many alt people like me would love ☺️
This shop had exactly what I was looking for. A lovely friendly place that has superb members of staff that are very helpful, polite, and make you feel at ease. Because of this shop i will be making more trips into town. I love this place.
Plenty choice of clothing styles and sizes. Great quality stuff comes with the price but it's worth it. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful : ) huge wall of band-tees often with an offer of 2 for 35£ last time I was there. Choices of harnesses, collars, jewelery, badges, pronoun pins and more! X

Damaged society was great, I love this shop. There's plenty of things that fit my kinda style. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the ambient music fits in with my tastes in music. It's a shame I've not found many shops like this but it's always worth the trip to derby even if I don't make a purchase.

I always visit this store once a year at Christmas time as its bit of a travel for me, always an absolute pleasure the staff are super friendly and such beautiful souls always have a great chat with them, very helpful with top tier customer service.. always worth the travel to this store instead of my closest one 10/10
i asked one lady on sunday if some certain white shoes how long they would be here, and she was so nice!! saying that it was a new delivery so they would be here a while. she was so nice, a lady wich black hair and gorgeous skin! thank you so much!
