   One of my favourite Primark stores as it's big enough to stock most lines, but also quiet enough to be able to shop in peace. They have great sales and I often get amazing £1 and £2 deals here at the end of seasons. The tshirts are great for going away and the jeans are just great quality as well as value. The staff are always professional and quick here.

   Great shopping experience today, not been in for ages but the clothing is gorgeous for autumn, lovely short jumpers, really well fitting boot leg jeans and joggers, comfy and warm short jackets. Underwear also good as it always has been. I've never bought so much there's so much autumn choice and most items I got were under £16. Could have done with more variety in the boots , not everyone wants UGG style. Also the sizes are a bit mad, I'm about a size 10 to 12 but everything I bought was extra small and the jeans were 8 so size down if you go. Shout out to the ladies in the changing room who were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Great staff throughout the store and quicker service than elsewhere , River Island take note.

   They could do with employing a manager that has a little common sense. I understand that there may be certain rules about returning underwear but I returned the item perfectly intact, clearly unopened and not used, 20 minutes after purchasing it. All I wanted to do was change the item for the next size up. No one mentioned that this would not be possible at the time of buying the item. Will not be shopping at Primark again and said manager needs to give her head a wobble.

   I’ve had a lot of mixed interactions with people and staff in primark but today I must say I’m highly impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the staff. I must have walked into that store three times in the space of a couple of hours. They were patient and kind and understanding the store had large number of brands from different countries under one roof Date of experience: 27 November

   It’s a great low cost store that’s done good to change its image, super helpful staff that point you in the right direction, really good changing room staff and usually good till wait times, whilst sometimes like a cattle market it’s still great.

   Standard prinmarni really- everything looked in order. Staff were refolding clothes etc. I've seen some stores look like world war 3 bit this was all neat and tidy. Well done staff !

   Went in looking for a couple of sweatshirts. The men's section looked like a tornado had torn through. There was a very poor selection with the only sizes available being xs, s and 3xl. There didn't seem to be any staff on the shop floor and the tills were understaffed for the volume of customers waiting to be served. Will not be using Burton Primark again in a hurry.

   Primark is great for basic stuff and stapes, like cheap leggings. It's also got a load of horrific nasty stuff, but someone must buy it. If Primark can do it this cheaply, why pay more?Choose wisely, save money.

   Children section untidy very clostraphobic alot of the same not enough choice and very short of lower years between 5 and 8 all crammed in had to go down stairs to the till for along queue put down what I did finally select after walking round for ages couldn't be bothered to queue didn't believe it was worth it got exactly what I wanted on Amazon sorry
