   The store is ran by Childish, imiture, lacking experience ,disrespectful children too busy standing around flirting with one another. The shops atmosphere is unwelcoming .

   Shocking customer service - attended twice today -3hrs apart- both occasions 4members of staff standing at door completely disinterested in any form of customer service. Stood for short time waiting and eventually had to ask for help . Absolutely no customer service given - not surprised that people are shopping online

   Disinterested staff who are more interested in chatting to each other than providing any customer service. When asked to check if particular sizes of a shoe are in stock, it’s clearly a huge inconvenience to them. A more poorly managed shop will be hard to find.

   I think the sneakers at Jd are fake because I bought some from Puma and others today from Adidas and they all come with glue all over them, last month I bought some from Sport Direct and they come without any glue

   In today to get trainers for my son, staff amazing (why I have given 3stars) but very disappointed with lack of bigger size in mens trainers. My son is a 13 and only 1 pair in his size and he really didn't like them. So we left empty handed and ordered them on line... UPDATE: now over a week and only cause I contacted been told delivery lost in transit absolutely raging. Been given a e gift card refund

   I ordered 2 manchester united football straps. Only to recieve a text saying my items won't be arriving and to go in to get a refund. Went in to get a £15 refund and told my order is still coming. But it never came. And I was not told to come back and get the rest of my refund £143. I feel like if I hadn't phoned to find out where my order was. I wouldn't have gotten my money back. £158 is alot for a new manchester united strip and a manchester united football top for my boys. I think I should have gotten some kind of voucher for waisting my time by having to come down to the shop twice to get my money back. Disappointed
