As always wonderful, fun and excellent shopping experience. Both girls always love going there. I have bought all the girls shoes there. They always leave the excellent amount of growth space. The shoes last really well and stand up to daily abuse. Every pair is comfy- even with my youngest fuss pot.
What a wonderful experience. Our 2 (aged 8 and 12) were a little nervous as it was the first time for school shoes. The team at Billy Goat were professional, charming and just fantastic. We had a measure, offered choice and given reassuring words. It was an excellent experience. Couldn't recommend it higher.

Billy Goats are exceptional! After a rather disappointing service elsewhere, I decided to venture out! The lady who served us was nothing but helpful, measured my little boys feet accurately, they had a good choice of footwear and ensured they fitted him well. One very happy mummy and one very happy little boy with his new shoes! We wont go anywhere else now! Thankyou so much
Fantastic independant children's shoe shop in the pretty town of New Alresford. The lady who owns it is wonderful. Knowledgable and friendly and able to put children at ease, as are her team of staff. We go there for my all of my son's shoes since he was little as he has rather wide feet and other high-street shops haven't been able to fit him with good quality comfortable shoes. Billy Goat however are able to offer a choice and he loves visiting to get his shoes, sandals and trainers. Now in fantastic new premises in West Street (still in Alresford) a much lighter, bigger shop, with even more fantastic footwear for all of your child's shoe needs!

Really lovely shoes and truly exceptional service - a minor issue with my son's shoes was dealt with straight away and staff could not have been more helpful. I trust that my son's feet are in good hands when we go to have him fitted!
Always buy shoes here, really good personal experience. They are lovely with kiddies and will do fit checks also. Shop has a good range of shoes for everyone. Also kids bags, crocs etc.
We have been coming here to get both our children's shoes for a number of years and won't consider anywhere else for school shoes. Great service with knowledgeable and friendly staff with an amazing selection of great quality shoes. The best part is that you can come and get your child's feet measured with their current shoes to make sure they still fit. Highly recommended Billy Goat.
