   Closing down at the end of the month, the store (and personnel) are maybe letting it go. Really disorganised and tough to find anything. Cherry on top, just two fitting rooms. Needed to wait more than 15 Min to try two things. Customers also not very polite, not respecting the 5 items rule and leaving all the tried goods in the fitting rooms. Not expecting them to fold them, but make sure to put them back on the rack should be the basic education (plus washing and using deodorant...)

   It's a next outlet so not that much that's surprising. There's a section of damaged/flawed clothing which is normally quite discounted and can be as simple as a button missing so can be good (you can't return/refund these items) be aware that there are items made specifically for next outlet so there's a range of clothes at full price too. Lovely staff and store was clean. Two changing rooms, once is disabled access.

   Bit like visiting a jumble sale, there are a few lines displayed nicely but mainly a mess of different styles/colours/sizes not necessarily even on the right hanger size either which is super frustrating, definitely not my type of clothes shopping but guess it might appeal to fast-fashion bargain hunters who are happy rummaging all the mis-matched styles/seasons etc.
