   The quality of their products is very reasonable for the price, but customer service is lacking. I live in the US and emailed my measurements before placing an order to ensure fit. The representative who received my email gave me the completely wrong size recommendation; however, I assumed they knew what they were talking about, and ordered that size. It fit me like a loose tank top, not a bra, and I requested a return for a more accurate size. The "correct" size still didn't fit me, and then I was told that as noted on their website, only one free return would be allowed per US customer per order. Highly disappointed in this response as the initial error was clearly on the first customer service rep I got an email from (I even have an email from Katie admitting her employee's mistake). I've reconsidered purchasing direct from this brand until I can buy a used item and test its sizing, since I can't trust the company to do this correctly themselves.

   Hello, I order hold-up stockings here. They wear great and the purchase process is very easy. Payment is via PayPal. Alse TOP. The same goods can be bought in a large German online shop. But at higher prices. That was too expensive for me. How that will be after Brexit, I have no idea. But for now I can only recommend this shop.
