This shop is a disaster. I went to buy a lip gloss and saw customers opening the product, using them, and putting them back on the shelves. The staff paid no attention at all. It’s unhygienic and unacceptable. Do not buy makeup or any lip products here.
I had a very bad experience in Primark on 17/12/2025 at male section at about 1800hrs.There was a lady staff who was disrespectful to the costumer.I can hear her saying” disgusting people blah blah blah”.I can understand the frustration of folding clothes but staff needs to be professional. I just walk out so that my kid would not heard that bad word.Staff really need to watch their mouth in front of costumer I think.
Decent shop to buy clothes. There is great range of products whilst prices are on the lower side for most items compared to other shops. It does get busy and because of that availability depending on your timing. Lastly, quality is not that bad.
Reasonable prices, usually busy but a great place to shop in . Queues are long but expected on the weekends but generally shorter in the week day . Lots of bargains and value for money. There’s something for everyone, children, men, women and home . There are messier parts of the store, but that’s down to customers and not the staff. This branch has a beauty brow store on the forum. Floor at the rear towards the Oracle entrance. I like the use of the advertisement models, which are inclusive of various backgrounds.
This was a massive store to go shopping at, harboring three floors that are well connected via both escalators and lifts! The products are laid out properly in different areas including raincoats, where I got a green one from. The coat is strong and staff were friendly, although only one till was open which is bad in holidays.
I don't really shop at Primark myself but since Christmas this is the second time and both times I have chosen to get a drink and wait in the coffee shop and both times it has really been an experience for the ears. The same ladies have been serving and all they have done while I have been there is gossip about their stressful work life and personal life and in between they serve you. They are not rude to you personally but you are served and spoken to kind of in the momentum of their conversation which is rude in itself. That's one thing but the main thing is the tone and language of the conversation it is not the kind of language I feel you should be using in such an environment where the public are frequenting particularly the young and impressionable. I should just add it appears to me the foul language is coming from just one of the ladies who appears as you might expect to have the higher volume and animation.
The whole family loves Primark. It doesn't matter which one we go to, although there are some that are bigger, or tidier, or more stocked than some others, but we accept whatever it's offering, wherever we are. We get clothes, shoes, bags, bedding, for work, holidays, nightwear, you name it. We always come out of Primark with something, and it never really matters what it is!
It’s a good shop to find every product cheap. The product quality can be low, however compared with the price it’s not something surprising. Still lots of products are good and quite cheap price. Now a days there is cafe as well. The old primark in Reading was quite big, however this is more accessible. This has multiple floors however the escalators are quite differently designed which is good as well. I love the atmosphere.
Absolutely fantastic really nice clothes and winter jackets on sale. Lots of variety to choose from, my go to shopping for clothes and shoes
