   ⭐ 1 out of 5 stars I recently purchased a pendant set from this shop, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. Within just a week, the pendant started turning black and losing its shine. The material feels extremely cheap, and the pieces broke easily after very minimal use. For the price charged, I expected much better quality. Overall, it’s a poor-value product and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

   I had my ears spontaneously peirced by jerusha who offered me and my friend a 20% discount when signing up to a loyalty card. her customer service was amazing, she was very chatty and sweet with us and made us feel really comfortable. there was also another girl on shift with her with black short hair and a fringe, i didnt catch her name but she was also very sweet and chatty. give them the raise that they deserve!

   Bought a leather phone bag reduced last Thursday 8th of May in Reading. Thought I had £4.60 off in voucher points but only £4.59 taken off. Checked my emails and account and it now says l have 1 p left? I don't shop too often in this store as the goods like jewellery are never demagnitised correctly and l end up setting off the magnetic security fields in Next,Boots and John Lewis and have to explain that it is the stuff I bought in there that is setting off the alarms. Sometimes l have gone back to have the items demagnitised but that doesn't always work. It is more of a nuisance than anything else. Most of my purchases l tend to use online services if possible because of this.

   Hi I just want to say I bought 2 bags from this store and was served by a young girl, Halima was her name she was really friendly and very helpful. She also pierced my daughters ears a couple of weeks ago and I was so impressed with her patience and advice as my daughter was nervous. I will definitely be shopping here again. Great service!!
