    What great customer service! I ordered a jumper online and it was too big, so I phoned Reading store to see if they had a size smaller in stock. Without any hesitation the member of staff proceeded to look in store and online to find a store that had my size, and yay, she did find one. So helpful and polite. One very happy customer!
