Really good experience in the shop. I always come back to buy one type of shoes that I wear for work , a quick in and out in the shop.
First time purchase since store reopens……I’ve purchased shoes called (urban territory). The service I had was excellent politeness from a young lady (KAS) name on receipt…… I asked a very simple question where was the item I purchased from ?. Both staff said they never knew & the reply was they never had that sort of staff training … ..absolutely no information on the sale of the shoes I purchased. No information at all as to what these shoes are made off…… Please note this email is NOT a complaint I’m just pointing out a fact ….And saying the public should have more information As to what your products are made from and where they come from in the world….. Good store. Friendly staff. Did a click and collect online it was brilliant. Got message to say ready. When I went to collect order staff were really good and order was ready, very efficient.

I don't hate this place. The staff are awesome. However everytime I buy a pair of shoes from here within weeks they're falling apart. I did once get told its cause I wore the shoes too much?! Didn't realise there was a limit. I no longer will buy shoes here and would prefer to pay more to get a good quality pair.
Don't expect a great deal of help from the staff, this place is never going to win any customer service awards. It's cheap and it feels cheap, but if you're after a pair of shoes that will bridge a gap, like a change in seasons, or for a holiday, then they're great value. There's usually a range of offers on and the stock is changed regularly. Good for traditional style slippers with proper soles on, at reasonable prices.
