Very quick response to online query, came out the same day to look at fridge freezer. Friendly and efficient, hopefully sorted out the issue. Would highly recommend, have known of the company for many years and have bought kitchen appliances off them in the past. Our daughter has also used for appliance repairs in the past and had excellent service from them.
The only company in the local (Newbury) area who I could get hold of to come and fix my washing machine. They were with me within hours and quickly and easily replaced the fault on the washing machine. They were I credit professional and courteous and also gave me some advicd on my integrated fridge which seems to think it's a freezer! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will absolutely use them again.
