   Usually good service but recently I had a negative experience. Robert Dyas have an electrical recycling scheme if you buy a new item, so I took my old item to store, and the assistant didn't know much about about it and took a long time to complete the details - not a problem, but she twice had to ask the manager for help and he was not very pleasant about it at all, clearly didn't want to be involved with it, and although he spoke to the assistant and not directly to me he came across as very rude and very unfriendly in the words he used, his tone of voice and body language. A very bad representative for the company and can't be very nice to have to work for him.

   I prefer to use the local independent hardware store but if I have to go to RD the incessant ‘would you like some X or Y for Z?’ at the checkout is SO annoying! Cease & desist please !

   Boxing day sale soft cushion pedal bin that never works after you press it a few times. They ripped me off but are still selling it in front window. What annoys me so much is the Greek on dragons den owns this place. Whenever you watch them tearing to pieces any new invention laughing saying it won't work.
