came in today for a click and collect, and just have to say the customer assistant darren (forgive me if the wrong name) was absolutely lovely and incredibly polite, gives the shop a great name, will definitely be coming back :)
Shop has closed down. Not surprised really. Prices were way too high. Even their closing down sale only saw a 10% reduction. Which is pitiful. Even when items were damaged they'd only take up to 10% off. Their smashed up novelty gift items (e.g. chocolate controller) smashed to pieces (unsuitable as gift), were only up to 10% off. And were way overpriced to begin with, even for a novelty gift. The only thing it really had going for it was the staff.
Not the biggest store and not alot of variety. But has the basics gifts
I came in today with my nephew, he had an issue with his recent purchase. Both the ladies were incredibly helpful, fixed the drone and gave him a lesson in flying it. Thank you.

Loved the stuff there. Really catchy and funny. If you want interesting things or a fun loving person this is the shop. I love the stress reliver stuff. Some stuff could be nice for kids as well

Fab shop and amazing staff. Phil helped me pick out amazing gifts for a family member and talked to my two young boys and engaged with them about Star Wars. He really helped out a stressed tired Mum with her shopping experience. Thanks so much! :).
There were a couple of things that led me to the three star rating. First was the delay in the queue. There was only one person serving at the time and he was having an extended conversation with a customer even though the sale was completed. I know its very hard to find the balance between friendly engagement with a customer and getting through the queue that builds up and it didn't help that it was the customer who kept the conversation going needlessly. But the staff member could perhaps have called for colleague to help out. Or perhaps some tactical training for this situation might help. This issue was fairly minor though and the staff member was young and was trying to provide good service to the customer in front of him. He just didn't notice the other people waiting . More of an issue was the adult toys/books/items that were located near the till where people queue at eye level of young children . It seems they are put there to catch the eye of a static queuing customer. But some customers have young children and though the items are fairly "soft" I would respectfully suggest they are still wholly inappropriate for the younger children. Perhaps moving them to a higher shelf might be better and away from the queue area. On a positive note, the shop was very clean and tidy and the pricing was reasonable.
