   I'm always in here, great place to look at fabulous items etc highly recommend them. Some of the fake reviews here are exactly THAT!! (The one star reviews on here). The staff are always lovely and helpful. I've been here numerous times and I've NEVER had a problem here!! I see someone put in their review that the staff were "Standing Around"!! What would you like them to do SING AND DANCE??? Obviously you've never worked in Retail like most who moan about shop workers in reviews! These guys and girls do a great job and I hope head office give these guys and girls a pat on the back please they do a great job!!

   Worst company i have ever had the miss furtune to have dealt with. The customer care is none existing they must read off a script. To have them consumer expert recommend them thats bad. I have had £72 pounds taken from my account and twelve days later i have not recieved the package. Surely this is theft they have the money but could not care less. Save your hard earned money dont buy from this company they cannot be trusted.

   I ordered an electric gadget. It was faulty and doesn’t work. I informed the customer service. They gave me the run around as it was like they didn’t believe me. After having to send numerous emails and even photos I was told I would have to pay out of pocket to return the faulty item. Their billing rep, Joy, is terribly rude. This company needs to teach their employees customer etiquette. I highly recommend that anyone should NOT buy from the online store in order not to have aggravation

   Just ordered wireless earbuds didn’t get a delivery date and more importantly I was charged £9.96 shipping fee, through i was paying £49.99 but was charged £61.90 without stating what shipping would be. Think I was scammed.

   Ordered some heaters off their website (the super instaheat that everyone are talking about). When they were plugged in and left for 20 minutes they melted thr control panel. Sent emails to the company asking for a refund and I was ignored. I have now been told by them that as I have gone over 30 days I am no.longer allowed a refund or exchange. This is after contacting them two days after receiving them and the company ignoring my emails. The heaters are unsafe and I will be issuing the company with a small claims through the court for my money back.

   I foolishly ordered a portable heater after seeing a positive review on line. I later realised this was a scam. Should have looked at trust pilot first. Cost me £59.99 and £9 postage. A complete waste of money. I tried to cancel the order but customer service non existent. The heater is about 8 inches by 5 inches, cheap plastic and when turned on doesn’t produce much heat and costs a fortune to run. DO NOT BUY from this company. I’ve been scammed and feel very stupid.
