Chicken was pink in chicken balls and chicken and vegetables curry sauce is too thick and sweet and sour sauce is to sour. Usually love this place for the english dishes and theyre lovely peoples but the actual chinese dishes was the let fown today ☹
I didnt really want to give 1 star. Wow well this is a place I won't be ordering from again. Food was awful BBQ ribs turned out to be plain ribs dry infact that dry the meat was hard. Shredded chilli beef in a sauce that was not edible and hardly any beef. Duck spring rolls with absolutely nothing in them. Chicken balls again was like rubber Curry sauce had been made earlier this afternoon and microwaved as if fell out the pot In a clump. Please think carefully if spending a decent amount of money on a meal and order from somewhere else.

The only good things about the food were: it was delivered within 40 mins and it was hot. NEVER AGAIN. We ordered crispy shredded beef and it tasted of chillies and vinegar. The salt and pepper squid was rubbery and dry yet at the same time soaked in oil. It was a mistake we won't be making again.
Have been having a hard time finding a Chinese with decent food, i used to use this place so thought i would give it another try. BIG MISTAKE..... the chicken chow mein was dry and there was not one bit of chicken in it, trust me i hunted, looks like someone forgot to add any sauce or chicken. The chicken fried rice was the same pale and lacking any meat. The chips are obviously oven chips and are dry and stale. The only thing that was any good was the crispy beef which was lovely. Would i get food from here again...NOPE sorry you let me down. Maybe invest in some chicken for your chicken dishes or sack the chef and you will get footfall but if what i had tonight is your best offering then i am afraid you will have to rely on the drunks who will know no better
Food took over 3 hours to arrive. I completely get that New Year's eve is likely to be busier than usual but don't take our money if your unable to cope. I shouldn't have to call on two separate occasions to chase up on our order after the two arrive times came and went. Our regular Chinese would not take any more orders because they were so busy - that's the right thing to do. Oh, and both my girls ended up with food poisoning. Not good.
