   Has to wait over 2 hours for food. When I rang after an 90 minutes and was told it was cooking. Then I rang again at 130 minutes and she shouted at me for not being patient. She said give the driver a chance. I was stunned. She was rude and wouldn't even let me talk. Then when the order came it was missing one of the items ordered. I knew she wouldn't lisyen to me so I just left it. Will not be using again. Disgusting customer service. Waited over 2 hours and was literally screamed at for not being patient.

   Disgusting is all I can say. The food was inedible. The chicken was vile I can't day a single nice thing about it to be honest. I normally go to Number 8 which is amazing but I had this at a family gathering. Never again!

   Food has always been excellent but you can no longer pay via PayPal when you order delivery. It's only cash now. Gonna lose custom that way

   Absolutely awful, it took 3 hours to be delivered, called over ten times asking where food was and they lied about it being out for delivery as the driver confirmed what time he picked up food. Service was disgusting for a well know company and when we said we will only willing to pay half the bill (lucky to have that) as food was also cold we were told no and the driver informed us they would take out remainder of money from his wages!!! Disgusting and I will never use this Chinese again ever. Food wasn't even good.

   Came over to get some food and they're shut an hour before closing time... Staff behind the bar said they go when they like if it's quiet... Will be looking for a more reliable place now.

   Whilst the food is good the service not so much...called in for a delivery, was told they were very busy and will be about an hour and 15 mins, an hour and 45mins later called to find out what was happening. Got told to hold. 5 minutes later someone comes back on the phone,enquired what was happening and told they were only just cooking it! Cancelled the order as didn't want to wait any longer. We have used oriental for quite a while but this was the final straw, we've previously had missed items on delivery, food delivered cold but we always gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Never again

   Takeaways are going downhill. For the 3rd time now have recieved an incomplete order. Last one ordered a sweet and sour chicken balls along with other meals and after phoning then it took over 1 and half hours for them to send the sauce. Phoned them up after hour and they said they had tried to deliver it. They need to consider customers
