   Really lovely guy, but the shoes I was recommended and bought were terrible for me. I desperately needed arch support but got flat as a pancake ON shoes that are overhyped and overpriced. Great experience overall but a really bad recommendation, all I achieved was further pain.

   Caiden was absolutely fantastic, took his time showing me plenty of shoe types for what I need them for. Despite unfortunately not having the colour designs I’d like they did not make me feel pressured to buy anything and bent over backwards to find me the best alternatives.

   I visited this shop in Aberdeen today, 6th August 2022, looking for advice on running shoes for a gift. A young man served me and gave me excellent advice, helping me make the right decision and pinpointing the exact model that was appropriate for the requirements I gave him. I was delighted with the advice and he was clearly very knowledgeable on all the different brands that they had in store. Thank you!

   I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment but they said it was fine and took me anyway. The assistant I got was very friendly and helpful, and didn't seem to mind going back and forth to get different size shoes for me to try. Great experience shopping. I go here everytime for shoes.

   I had an appointment, but as usual arrived early. Jason was happy to fit me into the schedule. We did a test run and he showed me a range of shoes that would correct my running. Couple more test runs and a quick lesson in how to tie the laces for extra hold and I was ready to go. Cost wise, they were comparable with online ordering. But with the added benefit of the running machine and video review. I'll certainly be using them in the future.

   Great service. Staff were really friendly and importantly knowledgeable about the products. Aside from their product knowledge, my server on the day also provided me with some excellent tips and information with regard to my own training programme and injury prevention which was hugely appreciated and encouraging. Being able to try the shoes on the treadmill was also great and helped me ensure I was buying the right product for my specific needs. I often find it difficult to find shoes in my size so I was impressed with the range of shoes available to buy in my size. Would recommend to anyone, especially beginners.

   Great service. Shops like this are the reason it's much better to buy in person rather than online. You can book an appointment with an advisor for the appropriate length of time. I had a young knowledgeable man named Luke. He spoke to me about my previous experiences with running, goals, current training etc Then he was able to recommend a pair and assess my gait on the treadmill. He was very patient and allowed me to try multiple pairs whilst imparting wisdom about the subject matter. After I purchased a pair I was told to try them at home and see how comfortable they were after a while. I decided that I needed a slightly bigger size and when I returned to the store this was no problem at all. Overall an excellent service and a great reason to shop in person rather than online. Shop was clean with plentiful hand sanitiser and treadmills etc were deep cleaned between different users.
