Very well stocked and a huge store with everything you may be looking for from a Curry’s. However, it follows what seems to be a trend from Curry’s, there’s a lack of customer service. I was around the kitchen appliances for about 5 minutes and no one even appeared to come close to me.

I’ve been without a dishwasher since August. Currys initially lied and said my purchase wasn’t on their system. Months later I was told there was nothing they could do. After escalating, I was told the burden of proof was on me and I must either pay Currys £120 for their engineer or arrange my own inspection. Given the months of poor treatment and the fact the dishwasher was clearly faulty (it trips the electrics), I asked if the fee could be waived as a goodwill gesture. This was refused and I was told Currys were “well within their rights” to treat me this way. I refused to give Currys more money and paid the manufacturer instead. After two months of fighting, I now have written proof the dishwasher is faulty. Before I could even submit this, Currys changed the rules again and demanded an “uplift number” the manufacturer has confirmed is incorrect and will not provide. Months of misinformation, shifting goalposts, and zero accountability — and I am still left with a faulty dishwasher. I strongly advise people not to trust Currys. My friends, family, and I will not be buying a single thing from them again.

I wouldn't even give Curry's 1 star but did because it wont let you post . The store's attitude to customers is appalling. When I went to purchase a tablet and keyboard, the staff were shouting at each other as to who would serve customers, as nobody wanted to help. The keyboard that I was advised I needed was ordered, and when it turned up, I returned to the store. I had to point out to the staff that it was not compatible, and they insisted it would be even though it said it wasn't. they reluctantly did a refund as Currys didn't sell a compatible one for the tablet I brought. I asked to speak to a Manager about the service, and after a duty manager spoke with the store manager, they told me they would refund the difference of the keyboard from my tablet to save me from having to hand back the tablet and getting a refund. After waiting nearly an 3/4 of an hour and two people trying to issue a refund, they then told me they couldn't do it as they didn't know how to put it through the till. They explained that all I could do was make a complaint to their complaints department. After several calls and emails with their complaints department and being fobbed off several times, they advised that the refund has been issued to my bank. I wasn't surprised when it didn't, and upon emailing them again, was told they couldn't do it, and I had to go to the store for it to be done, who couldn't do it in the first place. Curry's, you should be ashamed of your customer service and seriously need to look at training staff.

Poor customer service. Ordered online for click and collect thinking it would be faster. When I arrived, only a couple was in front of me, already waiting. 10min later their washing machine turned up. The Curry’s employee took it to their car then came back to put the trolley back but never came back. Meanwhile another 3 people started queuing behind me. The employee who I assumed was the floor manager asked me, if I was being served and when I said no he radioed in another three members of staff. He was the only one that actually apologised. The new member of staff walked to us very slowly went behind his computer, didn’t even say hello didn’t apologise for the wait, just asked for order number. Again went very slowly to the storeroom, came back slowly to look back at the order number again, went back slowly to the storeroom. I know it is leading to a very busy period of the year with Christmas coming up and Black Friday deals. I understand that there might be understaffed today. However, there Was literally no sense of urgency to serve customers. We could see where the members of staff just doubling in the phones area waiting for customers to come and talk to them when they could have come behind the desk and help. I used to work in retail and customer service and if there were more than three people waiting to be served, the manager herself with actually have gone behind the till to help! Feeling of very poor customer service was shared by all the customer in the queue waiting to collect the items. On the top of that, the previous employee with the washing machine had left out full details of previous customer on the desk along with the iPad, which is in breach of GDPR. So I put it back on his keyboard out of view. When I drove passed the shop, 4 members of staff were outside having a vape, including washing machine guy!

If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star. Went into the Hedge End store chosen my item quickly then waited for a long time for staff member to serve me. When someone did arrive he didn't know what he was doing. 1 hour later I'm still stood at till trying to purchase my item. He's having arguments with colleagues in front of me due to the stressful situation. I wanted to walk out but couldn't as he had already swiped my gift cards and I would of left without them being refunded. I was so stressed I was close to tears. You need to hire more staff and there was zero customer service. All in all to purchase 1 cooker took 2 hours. Very unhappy indeed and you all came across as very unprofessional. This isn't my usual branch but was told I needed this one as my local one didn't have what I needed.

Looking for speakers, managed to get a staff member to help us decide but when we tried to test it none of the power was working to the displays (whole point of going in-store) and then the Bose speaker on display we wanted was out of stock anyway and never going to be in stock again - absolute joke. Then the next staff member came over and told us Sonos is much better than Bose, the opposite of what the other guy said. It wasn’t until we asked someone on the returns desk we were told as long as we ordered online we could test at home and return if not happy. Don’t bother going in store.

Maybe it's just me but if I ever decide to buy anything here it's not in stock. Sometimes it's hard to get somebody to help you. The "extra mile" staff are hard to find but I was lucky on my last trip, the guy I dealt with was fantastic. That was after 20 minutes of wandering around though. It seems that these sorts of retail centres are good shop windows only these days. Go, have a look, see what you want, go home, compare online, buy online.

Went yesterday to purchase a TV. Sam was very very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to know about what ever I asked him but he fell at last hurdle is tv in stock. When he came back it was sorry come back in couple of weeks out of stock and to his credit he didn't try to push us into buying something else we didn't want

I was standing at the collection point in store being totally ignored by a young girl who was doing nothing! She wouldn't even make eye contact! After 10 minutes I was finally served by a nice pleasant guy. I can't say the service was great but it was easy to order online and collect. Parking was also easy.

Plenty of free parking spaces in front of Currys. It is a massive shop with different electronic products to choose from. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were looking for as he was able to answer our product queries.
