   Very dismissive staff member, didn't feel like they were friendly or wanting to be helpful but rather wanted to be right. Kept implying that I was unaware about my own product being a bnq item that I ordered online before checking whether i was or wasn't - turned out I was correct and they had been dissmive for no reason, no acknowledgement or apology for this. Talking badly of customer services for the store to myself as the customer which I feel is unprofessional

   Went to the paint mixing desk today and was helped by Maria. She couldn't have been more helpful, assisted me with a tricky colour match and was chatty and friendly through our whole interaction. A couple of top tips thrown in for good measure and I left very happy. Lovely lady and great service. Thank you.

   I was appalled watching what happened at B&Q today. A staff member refused a refund for a light bought few days ago, explicitly claiming the customer couldn't return it even if she just changed her mind. This action is violating the 90 day return policy. They also claimed the light was not faulty just by looking at it. This employee's hostile and awful attitude reduced the poor customer to tears. A total disgrace and a failure of basic training.

Excellent communication throughout, and the logistics company B&Q use were incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend B&Q for both their quality products and outstanding service.

   One of the women named Timmy is absolutely amazing! She’s always so helpful whenever I visit B&Q. Every time I’m looking for something, she’s quick to assist and often takes me straight to the exact item I need. I love when she’s working- she makes the shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Every store needs someone like her, as she provides outstanding customer service!

   Disappointing. Knew what part I wanted and couldn't find it. Asked a staff member to see if any plumbing expert was available and was told we don't give advice on fixing things and if you can't find it we don't have it. It's a shame really because normally they're helpful and happy to help.

   It’s a big store and easy to find. Car park can be pretty busy at weekends. Easy access for the disabled. Store security is on the lookout so if you “the look” about you you may be followed about. Doesn’t always have what you need and staff can be thin on the ground. I wish there were more senior citizens staff who know the trade and can be experienced and very knowledgeable. Overall not bad. They did have a cafe at one time. Seems that’s gone from upstairs. Caters for most of your DIY needs.

   Not a very professional place. Bought some screws which turned out to not be fit for purpose so returned them. Upon doing so, I was told that they were non refundable. I was perplexed. No signage up stating this, nobody told me prior to purchasing and considering this, you'd think they'd wanna put this right. Found the supervisor on the front desk to be rude and standoffish. Also ordered some other screws in it's place and was sold the wrong item so not only was I poorly treated on site, the items I was sold aren't fit for use so they've wasted my time too. Would recommend using another hardware specialist.
