    Two weeks ago, the toast had mold. This week, I was with my 6 years old son and we went to the bathroom. We left our clothes on the chairs to make clear that we had not leave the cafeteria. When we came back, they had took my son’s cake. I told to the waitress and they denied to have taken the plate instead of looking for a solution. I had paid for the cake, I had not left the cafeteria, they should have offered at least a refund for the cake. I attacked pictures of the toast with mold.

    Came here for a quick coffee as was meeting a friend. It was very early and just had a coffee so can’t comment on the food. I do find the lattes at Costa coffee to be a little weak in comparison to other coffee shops, somewhat already pricey and hence couldn’t justify an extra shot of coffee. A competitor which I like to frequent uses two shots and I find the balance to be better. Either way, service was good and would visit again.

    Wow customer service is shocking! Team member miram needs to work on smiling and being polite. Literally not people bashing but where is the smile or listening to an order so it doesn’t need to keep being repeated !

    Love this Costa. Luckily for me it is within walking distance of my workplace. Fantastic staff, always make a great flat white and if you need it there is plenty of free parking and places to sit if you prefer to dine in.

Free parking outside the store, hands free sanitizer on entry, socially distant queue markers on floor, outdoor and indoor seating - if sitting indoors be aware they are tracking and tracing. Currently have summer drinks menu which is has a great selection of milkshakes and iced drinks.

    The croissant wasn't fresh as in other branches of Costa. Probably not as demanded but still fresh and flaffy one is much better, hence 2 stars. For the price of it you could have fresh one delivered every morning and not serve yesterday's ones.
