   I’m genuinely appalled by the experience we had at this location. From the moment we arrived, the staff were hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. My husband and I were spoken to with zero respect they raised their voices, argued with us over a simple request, and made us feel completely unwelcome. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, they escalated it and behaved aggressively, as if confrontation was part of their routine. We weren’t the only ones treated this way. There was no sense of accountability, no apology, and no basic customer service. It felt more like a street fight than a business interaction. This is not just bad service it’s a toxic environment. If you value your dignity and peace of mind, do yourself a favour and avoid this place entirely. There are far better options where you’ll be treated with courtesy and professionalism. This one is a disaster.

   4.50 for this a flat white with an extra shot of coffee. Could have asked me what size cup rather than give me the smallest one. Just saying, i'm disappointed. On the other hand the coffee was strong and woke me right up as intended so did its job
