Best tea room Iβve ever been in. As the 4 of us entered it seemed like we had moved back 50 years in time. People were friendly - a couple sitting at a table for 4 insisted on moving so our party could sit together. The lady taking our order adjusted the menu to meet our desires. Our βleftoversβ were packaged carefully so we could enjoy them later. We drank from PROPER bone china cups and saucers. And it was all great value for money. I just wish Iβd found it sooner!

Had a full afternoon tea there today. Excellent service and food. Although prebooked, the sandwiches were prepared fresh when we arrived. The scones and cream were lovely and lots of bite sized cakes, walnut one was especially nice. The cafe itself is beautiful, a proper, quaint place. Definitely worth another visit

A seriously cute and gorgeous tea room, well worth making a beeline for! I had a cafeterie coffee which was delicious and used a good a good quality coffee. Although I didn't have one , the range of well priced cakes look awesome! Although inside was gorgeous and also a mini shop, sat outside in the sun on their patio overlooking the fields and farm animals. Loo was good too! lol

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. Lovely, friendly service. We had a lovely seat outside overlooking the fields/farm on a nice sunny day. This is absolutely a hidden Gem and the ladies running it deserve all the praise. Good delicious and presented with care. They do an amazing ploughmanβs and special shout out for the homemade scones! Value for money too which is an added bonus. We canβt wait to come back, thank you!i

I had a lovely visit to this tearoom. The food was lovely and freshly made. Service was good, they were really helpful but did forget to bring out someone's drink. There was a lot of us so it was a bit chaotic. It was very cold in there as it was a frosty day. I would definitely go back but in warmer weather

My partner and I were having a bit of a drab day one Friday. Living near Bramley, we decided to venture over to Rosie's Tearoom for some afternoon tea. Located on a little farm near Heckfield Place, Rosie's is a beautiful tucked away tearoom that is comfortable, friendly and delicious. Chrissy makes the cakes and the warm scones, which are the perfect portion and absolutely gorgeous. There are local products in the tearoom for sale, and we had a taste for all of them, but only settling for a sweet little teapot and cup combo. If you are looking for a bit of escapism with some reasonably priced afternoon tea, look no further than Rosie's! We will definitely be going back in Spring to enjoy the surroundings and the scones!
