Bought a coffee just before my train left. Sat down to enjoy it and it was COLD. Too late to take back.
Fantastic service from one staff Anthira i think was the name. She is the one wearing pajamas. She was very helpful and served with a smile. Her manager must have trained her so well on customer service!

Do they know you're not going to drink the coffee until you are on a tran so can't take it back to complain? That is probably the worst cup of coffee I've had in Reading. Calling it a coffee is being generous. Slightly brown hot milk of questionable freshness would be more accurate
Terrible service. The lady was rude and dismissive while taking our order, even though the place was nearly empty. Spent money, got no respect. Won’t return! 28th july 2025 13.45pm
