   Coffee in this Costa is below the standard of other Costa shops I’ve been to. Their customer service is none existent. I was waiting to be served today and there were 2 people working, one was making drink s and another one was „Wiktoria” who after handing someone the drink was free and started approaching me as she saw I was waiting, however the other lady asked her to bring something from the back „when she gets time” so Wiktoria decided it’s more important to bring something non urgent from the back than serve the customer. Lack of sympathy, grim faces looking like that job is a punishment.

   My experience at Costa Coffee was great! The place was very clean, and the furniture arrangement created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially the lady who took my order, was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered an espresso, and it was absolutely fantastic—rich, balanced, and exactly what I was looking for. Interestingly, I’ve had espresso from this location before, but it wasn’t as good. This clearly shows how much the barista’s skill affects the coffee’s quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Ordered a bacon roll and flat white . The roll Was ok the Flat white was really tasty . Most of the Costa coffee from the machines tastes a bit plain but this flat white was nice .

   One star rating is too much for the staff who’s working here. Very impolite and my table was full with the previous customer cups and glasses and nobody’s care.

   The place is ok with floors being continuously swept and tables cleared promptly but the male assistant got my order wrong - instead of DeCafe prepared me a regular Americano and instead of with hot milk I ordered tried to give me cold milk!!
