   What thoroughly unpleasant shopping experience. If can help it find somewhere else to buy your nick nacks. For a start it is horrendously overcrowded, the tight isles don't help. I think it supposed to be a budget store, but the reality is that a few junk food items are cheaper than other places, and then everything else can be found cheaper online or in smaller local stores. Staff are polite but not really their to provide a pleasant shopping experience with them shout across tills at each other, discussing weekend plans, and no one seemed to have a uniform, so it was hard to tell who was staff and who was not. If you can find somewhere more pleasant to shop or shop online for better prices.

   Stores okay but never seems to be a price on the thing you want. Also you cant just walk past the tills if you don't buy anything as they block all the unused ones off and the open tills have massive queues

   Two out of two items that I wanted to buy and that appeared in stock on the website weren't actually available in store. Came all the way for nothing but ended up buying other bits anyway, as prices here were pretty decent.

   Fantastic place for kids toys, I always shop there for birthday gifts. I can recommend for home stuff and pets. Great quality for amazing prices. Massive variety of products for daily needs. Will definitely shop again.

   I remember this place being first opened and it was a bargain. I get the cost of living has gone up but they m put their prices up to match. By doing this I am able to find items for cheaper elsewhere. Also the store normally doesn't have enough staff either on the tills or around the shop when you need someone.

   I like this store as you can buy a lot of varied products here. From bathroom fittings to toothpaste and food to wallpaper, you name it. Staff are very helpful too.

   I really enjoyed my walk about today. Never realised B and M Millbrook was so big! Not crazy busy. Really helpful, pleasant staff. Basic stock on the shelves today, you can see staff busy doing changeover from Christmas. Still some great bargains in there.

   The shop was a very busy and it took a little while to get served. Ques went half the way up the isles, they only had two people on the tills. They are not very reactive to the number of people in the store. Always plenty of bargins. They have their Christmas toys out so a good time to beat the Christmas rush.
