   Went to the showroom to have a look and were told they were very accommodating to our budget of £8-10k. Paid for the gold package of £250. Soon as they had our money the service fell off. everything felt very laboured and a big task. Designed a kitchen with most of the things we had on the wish list not included…took weeks to change plans and designs. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. £250 well spent

   We spoke to so many kitchen suppliers and Kitchen Collection was the best by far. The products are great, the prices are competitive and they went above and beyond when it came to service (a special thank you to Craig and Gilly). I highly recommend using them rather than the usual household names and I also recommend visiting their showroom if you can.

   I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at kitchens collect for my dream kitchen. The service I received was outstanding!!! from the design to all the little extra touches that I would not of thought off nothing was to much trouble, always friendly and on hand to help me. The quality of the kitchen is amazing!!!! a big plus is that the units and drawers come already built. From the appliances to my quartz worktop Steve was always there to help me, I’m very fussy and he took so much time giving me ideas and helping me get to my final decision and the end product of my dream kitchen, I would highly recommend this company, Five stars is not enough!!! Thank you Mrs Kilford

   Congratulations to Steve and his team on a magnificent showroom and warm welcome. It was great to see so many options in one place covering all budgets. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff were on hand as and when we needed them too. We gained lots of inspiration and new ideas for our kitchen and will start the planning process with them later this spring. In the meantime we purchased some of their lovely accessories for our home. We will be back very soon for sure.

   Our kitchen may not be the biggest. But with the excellent help and advice from Steve and his team at KC it is the best improvement we have made to our home. Steve and his team were friendly, always helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. No project will ever run smoothly, but rest assured the team at KC will support you throughout the process. We also found the price for the quality was excellent. Thank you all at KC.

   When ordering they were really helpful but since unpacking the kitchen and having our joiner starting to fit it we have found some many issues with the kitchen and getting ignored by them now. Paid extra for custom paint colour and at least 75% of the doors are chipped in some area. Paid for an custom cupboard for my oven which they've just sent a filler piece for, which isn't even correct size so when cut down will have a raw edge. Rails scratched and damaged. Cupboards doors not straight, I know there is some adjustments within the hinges but joiner says this is more than that. Was advised I didn't need rails for wall units but I do so have had to order and pay for despite it being their mistake telling me I didn't need them. They expect you to unpack and inspect every piece on delivery which for me was physically impossible due to them being stacked to fit in garage by delivery driver - who by the way wanted to deliver at 6am. Furthest he would push it back to was 7am which was impossible for me to get my builders here to help unload. Regardless of when it was unpacked half these issues still wouldn't have been apparent until you started fitting it but they are still taking no responsibility. They have stopped reply to my emails. Asked for photos but then not replied or tried to rectify any issues. My joiner has been fitting kitchens for years and has never seen anything like it and we will both be advising people to avoid. Edit: I replied to your email on the 21st, and then followed up with emails on the 23rd and 28th of March.
