Had a lovely time for a Pottery Painting Afternoon Tea as an early mother's day treat for my mum and I. The painting was relaxing and fun, the staff were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious and the table was beautifully decorated. Thank you very much!

Booked Mad Hatter's for a work event. Leanne sorted out the booking and answered all the queries my work colleagues gave me to ask her. Leanne was so friendly, caring and professional and nothing was too much for her. She was an absolute gem. We all had an amazing time decorating our pottery and catching up with each other.

We absolutely LOVE Mad Hatters! Have been going there for years and always have a great time without fail. My daughter chose Mad Hatters for her birthday party (again) this year. Her and her friends all had a wonderful time! Leanne was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Super helpful, lovely and so kind! She made sure everything was perfect and it was! Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday party! Thank you Leanne! Bobby was also brilliant, so lovely, friendly and helpful! The place looks so good since the recent refurb works last year, it’s a brilliant venue for birthday partie, I highly recommend it. A great time was had by everyone and we will be back for sure! Grace was also very kind, and helped to make the party special. Thank you for an amazing time, Mad Hatters is brilliant and the children had a blast! They can’t wait to see their creations and I’ll be back next week with my friend for a coffee/tea as they also have a great selection of teas, coffees, cakes, panini, cold drinks, ice cream and all sorts of lovely food! Just love this place!

We went for lunch time to grab something to eat and a drink, on the door was rated 5 stars of cleaning. They don't clean the tables with desinfectant, like other shops, l asked for a mint tea the mug was black inside for lack of cleaning. I am very sensitive to viruses on dirty cups, so I have a painful ulcer on my lips ever since. The sandwich was stack like glue, they were using cheap bread if it can be called bread. Absolutely appalling. Not recommended for food or drinks. The staff are all young people and should be closed down on the side of food. Obvious they don't understand Covid has not gone yet.
