Sorry for 2 star I am a flat white drinker every where I go I just look for coast and only I drink is flat white because of latte art and I know every coast have to do latte art on flat white that’s the policy as far as I know but this shop barista need some training for latte art. Thank you
This is a huge cafe store with plenty of seating inside, there are also some tables outside. There is a long counter serving hot and cold drinks, as well as baked goods and treats. The food is lovely, and the customer service brilliant. The staff brought my drinks and food to me as requested. The prices are a little steap, however for a lovely enviroment that i can sit in and get on with work, it is worth it. This store can get fairly busy, however due to the size of the shop i do not feel crapt or cramed in. It is also fully accesable to wheelchairs and mobility scooters, as all Isles are wide enough without having to feel you have "squeezed through".
Normally good service, today waited for 5 minutes at the front of the queue to be served. Understand they were preparing online orders but eye contact or “ sorry will be with you in a minute” would not go a miss. When did her served no acknowledgment I had been waiting. Just not good customer service.
Such a lovely shop and team to match. A customer was so rude to the team this morning and they dealt with it so patiently and respectfully. How someone can get upset over a hot chocolate is beyond me! Fantastic shop, best coffee shop in Reading for me.
Costa Coffee shop located in ‘the triangle’ Tilehurst. A large open Costa with plenty of space and tables. After a nice morning walk around Tilehurst village a convenient stop off to pick up a coffee and some breakfast on the way home. Staff were courteous and friendly. A good example of a Costa.
I love this costa coffee. Coffee is amazing they have variety of different types of cold beverages or teas if you don't fancy coffee in specific. Nice, polite and helpful staffs always there to advice you with smiles. You feel welcome and taken care of as well as all your needs and wants are met. Love going back there nearly everyday.
We were out for a walk and popped in for a coffee, being fairly new the decor and furnishings are fresh and clean, unlike ome other Costa's. At the end of the day it's a Costa, you get what you expect from a Costa.
Any chance you could add Wi-Fi to the rear room, please? There is no cellular signal and without Wi-Fi it makes it really hard to message, call, or use internet.
